Value for money is among the lowest in the sector. Graduates credited on Baldur's Gate 3, Horizon Zero Dawn and Fortnite, for €8,000 a year outside the EU, and a plain Flemish public registration fee for EU nationals.
The Bachelor of Digital Arts and Entertainment runs three years for 180 ECTS, with six majors to choose from including 3D Animation and Visual Effects. It exists in English and Dutch versions, with certified B2 English required for the former.
The ecosystem leans heavily toward games and real time rather than animated features: Maya, Unreal Engine, Houdini, high-poly and low-poly pipelines, rigging and tech art.
A Belgian public university college with an accredited bachelor. Named best games school in the world by The Rookies in 2017, 2018 and 2021. Employment reported at around 80 % within two months. A €50 application fee, and a €2,000 deposit for visa applicants.
