ECV aix en provence
Animation school
France
Address:
970 Av. Pierre Brossolette, Aix-en-Provence, France
A deliberately human-scale campus: just 285 students, 93 of them on work-study contracts, with a dedicated industry relations coordinator. It is the opposite of the large-school model, and closeness is the stated positioning. If you work better in a small group, that is a real criterion.
The Animation 2D/3D bachelor runs three years, with a generalist first year then specialisation in years two and three. The Animation Cinema master, in 2D or 3D, adds two years.
The school has been in Aix since 1998 and in the university quarter since September 2018.
The financial argument is clear: fees are €1,000 to €1,300 a year below the group's Paris campus. 2026-2027 scale outside Paris: €7,500 in the first bachelor year, €8,700 in years two and three, €8,900 a year for the master, plus a one-off €500 registration fee and €290 a year for the technical pack.
RNCP certified level 6 and 7 titles, RECA member. No award or ranking is documented specifically for this campus.
